Insurance Sales Consultant – Western Cape

Our client in the tracking and motor industry is looking for a dynamic Insurance Sales Consultant to drive sales and build strong client relationships within the insurance sector.

Qualification and Experience

·      Matric with at least 5 x years of Face to Face sales experience.

·      Good relationship building and communication skills on all levels are essential.

·      Relevant brokers/underwriters/insurers/Insurance qualification or industry experience will be advantages.

·      Established connections/networks within the insurance industry will be beneficial.

·      Excellent presentation & Training skills.

·      Must be a self-starter.

·      Sales & goal driven.

·      Able to work within a team.

·      MS-Office proficiency.

·      Valid Driver’s License.

KPIs

  • ·      Grow company sales via Insurance intermediaries.
  • ·      Promote company to the Insurance Industry.
  • ·      Provide on-going product information to a portfolio of brokers/administrators/underwriters.
  • ·      Implement and manage incentive programmes/marketing opportunities.
  • ·      Regular training to Insurance Intermediary staff on all Tracker products and services.
  • ·      Weekly/monthly reports, monitor portfolio performance, track trends within the industry.
  • ·      Achieve set monthly and yearly targets.
  • ·      Attend after hour functions if and when required.
  • ·      Attend to necessary administration.
  • ·     Identify new business opportunities for company.
  • ·      Facilitate process improvements by engaging with internal stakeholders.
