Our client in the tracking and motor industry is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key accounts to maximize revenue and ensure client retention. In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant, crafting strategic account plans that create opportunities to drive revenue growth. Experience and Qualifications
- Matric
- Business Management degree or equivalent qualification in sales
- 2 – 5 years work experience in Sales and/or Tracking and telematics environment dealing with direct sales
- At least 2 years sales experience with a documented successful track record in selling high end service, rich and complex IT solutions in the relevant industry.
- Written and verbal communication skills both in English
- Knowledge of telematics and tracking products and solutions
- Computer literacy
- Strong in admin skills
KPIs
- Marketing and selling of company tracking applications and solutions to the Motor Dealer channel.
- Generating sales/leads and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Increasing market share in the motor channel
- Achieving annual revenue/sales target
- Ensuring that all new clients are active on our CRM System
- Convert sales opportunities to wins and invoice
- Actively drive pending fitments daily to ensure deals are fitted and on active status
- Ensuring a call cycle is followed and clients are seen on a regular basis
