We are seeking a seasoned Senior e-Sourcing Implementation Specialist with a proven track record
of implementing e-sourcing solutions such as SAP Ariba and/or Coupa. This role is critical to driving
the digital transformation of procurement processes for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate
will bring strategic insight, hands-on configuration expertise, and a deep understanding of sourcing
lifecycle management.

• Qualification and Experience
• ● 5+ years of professional experience in e-sourcing solution delivery, implementation, or
• consulting.
• ● Demonstrated experience in full lifecycle implementation of SAP Ariba and/or Coupa
• sourcing modules.
• ● Proven track record in deploying e-sourcing functionality, including sourcing event design,
• supplier collaboration, contract negotiation workflows, and compliance monitoring.
• ● Strong understanding of source-to-contract (S2C) processes and how they integrate with
• broader procurement and ERP systems.
• ● Experience collaborating with stakeholders across procurement, legal, finance, and IT
• departments.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple workstreams
• simultaneously.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • ● SAP Ariba or Coupa certifications (e.g., Ariba Sourcing, Coupa Procurement/Sourcing) are a strong plus.
• ● Experience with system integration (e.g., ERP platforms like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
• ● Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement in large transformation
• projects.

• ● Configure and deploy sourcing modules (e.g., sourcing events, supplier onboarding, RFx
• creation, auction setup, contract lifecycle).
• ● Liaise between clients and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• ● Conduct solution testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
• ● Analyze existing procurement processes to recommend digital optimization strategies.
