We’re looking for a skilled Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join our team in Midrand. The role plays a key part in strengthening organizational effectiveness through strategic design, cultural transformation, and talent management initiatives aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include organizational design, change management, performance management, and talent framework development. A relevant Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience are essential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Organizational Development is typically required, with a Master’s degree often preferred.
• Experience:  5–10 years of experience in OD, change management, or talent management is required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of job evaluation, organizational design principles, competency frameworks, and proficiency in MS Office.

• Organizational Diagnostics: Utilizing surveys and analytics to identify improvements in organizational health and effectiveness.

• Skills Auditing: Analyzing skill gaps and recommending development interventions
