Requirements

  • Experience in client-facing, sales, or target-driven roles.
  • Sales experience is an advantage — but we’ll train the right person.
  • Resilience, motivation, and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Grade 12 (a Diploma or Degree is a bonus)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build strong, lasting client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
  • Source top talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive networking.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
